NEET paper leak: What is in the investigation report prepared by Bihar EOU? Will submit it to the Central Government and Supreme Court

 


Bihar EOU will now present its inquiry report to the Central Government in the NEET paper leak case. The Supreme Court will also receive a copy of the report.


The Economic Offences Unit (EOU) of the Bihar Police has prepared the report that will be submitted to the Central Government's Ministry of Education about the NEET (UG) paper leak issue. On Saturday, senior EOU officials would travel to New Delhi to present the findings of their probe into the NEET paper leak matter. A copy of the statement made by the 13 accused people detained in the paper leak case in the police station will also be sent to the federal government. These are the testimonies of four examinees, namely Sikandar Yadavendu, Amit Anand, and Nitish Kumar, who served as setters and forced the examinees to memorize the question paper and its response.


What's contained in the investigative report?

The report also details the admission cards, booklets, and other items from NEET exam candidates that were found during the raid following news of a paper leak on May 5. Sikandar Yadavendu was apprehended by Patna Police on May 5, the day of the NEET exam, in possession of several admission cards. The Ministry of Education has also been notified by the EOU in its report that NTA has not yet sent the correct question paper.


Additionally, the Supreme Court will receive a copy of the report.

Simultaneously, indications indicate that the EOU will shortly present its investigative findings to the Supreme Court. On July 8, the Supreme Court will hold a hearing on this case. The report identifies the main suspect in the NEET question paper leak investigation. At the same time, details of Sikandar Yadavendu's arrest have also been provided. Let us inform you that Sikandar Yadavendu was apprehended by Patna Police on May 5, the day of the NEET exam, in possession of several admission cards.


In Delhi, Nayyar Hasnain Khan is summoned

The head of Bihar's EOU, Nayyar Hasnain Khan, has been summoned to Delhi by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to look into the NEET paper leak. On Saturday, Dharmendra Pradhan will convene a meeting to discuss this matter.


From Nalanda, another arrest was made.

In the meantime, the IOU is handling this matter consistently. While another member of the solver gang was taken into custody from Nalanda, numerous more have been summoned for questioning. This leak, which the authorities are still looking into, is also being connected to the father of the mastermind behind the last document leak case. Simultaneously, there are numerous more paper leaks in Bihar that are linked to the threads of this particular leak.
