situation is deteriorating, resulting in daily record-breaking cases of
rape, robbery, theft, snatching, extortion, murder, and firing.
Additionally, smuggling of drugs and alcohol is at an all-time high.

are being tortured by the police administration because of their caste
and religion. Particularly targeted and harassed are Muslims.
