Heavy vehicles will not be allowed to enter the city between 8 a.m. on November 13 and 3 a.m. the following day. Piskamod, Kathal Mor, New Market Chowk, and other locations will be accessible to vehicles traveling from Piskamod to Kathitand Ratu.

Ring Road and Kanke Road. Turning left and right from the Ring Road will also allow vehicles traveling from Tilata Chowk Ratu to Piska Mor to arrive at their destination. Emergency cars and ambulances will not be allowed to enter Piska Mor from Tilata Chowk between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. on November 13.
